ShuttleFlow is a free service that helps clubs run badminton sessions and players track their match statistics. By accessing or using ShuttleFlow, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
- One account per person. Do not create multiple or fake accounts.
- Accurate information. Provide accurate profile information, including a skill level that reflects your actual playing ability.
- No ranking manipulation. The ranking system enforces anti-farm rules. Attempts to circumvent them — fabricating matches, intentionally throwing games, or misrepresenting your skill tier — undermine the leaderboard and may result in account suspension.
- No harassment. Do not use any feature of ShuttleFlow — including Session IDs, queue names, profile fields, or other inputs — to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, including (without limitation) ranking manipulation, harassment, fake accounts, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the service. Suspended users may contact us to appeal.
No warranty
ShuttleFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShuttleFlow and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of ShuttleFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
